About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Gartner. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with emerging tech providers in the DACH market
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on renewals and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Convert viable prospects to active Gartner clients, leading the sales conversation and negotiation
  • Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and new prospecting techniques
  • Work in a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, and Danish

Requirements:

  • Circa 0-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar
  • A high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • A high level of drive for individual success, combined with a collaborative approach
