About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at MongoDB. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve their objectives.
  • Product Adoption: Collaborate with customers to ensure successful adoption and implementation of our products and services.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact customer success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or software industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of database and cloud technologies, as well as experience with large-scale, technologically sophisticated customers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German language skills is required for this role.
