Marketing Specialist:B Demand Generation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion for our international school audience in EMEA and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Narrative Strategy and Thought Leadership: Develop a compelling narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Create and manage high-quality content, including webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to engage users at different stages of their journey.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, at every stage of the sales funnel, using data to make informed adjustments.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative design and video production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs and to align operations to our global marketing standards and frameworks.
  6. Sales Development Support: Provide direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up for sales enablement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Strong writing skills
  2. At least 3 years experience in creative, demand generation marketing
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  5. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  6. Creative and strategic thinking.
  7. Self-motivated and team-oriented.
