Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at MBR Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a demand generation program that drives new sales-qualified leads and supports our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement a demand generation strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Develop and execute multi-faceted campaigns using marketing automation tools, including HubSpot.
  3. Work closely with the sales team, product organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize revenue.
  4. Manage key performance metrics to measure progress, refine campaigns, and adapt techniques for maximum effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive demand generation efforts and drive customer awareness.
  6. Author and edit content to support the demand generation process, including buyer personas and journeys.
  7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new content and qualify new leads.
  8. Manage demand generation budgets and forecasts, and measure the success of campaigns using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience leading a B2B demand generation program, including experience with marketing automation tools.
  2. Strong demand generation experience, skilled in the use of the latest tools and techniques.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense of how to tell stories that resonate with each buyer persona.
  4. Comfortable working with complex technical products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  5. Proactive, quick learner, and self-starter with a passion for marketing and demand generation.
