About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at MBR Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives new sales-qualified leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies

Define and implement a demand generation program that targets key buyer personas and drives them through a full-lifecycle buyer's journey.

Lead Generation and Qualification

Develop and execute multi-faceted campaigns using marketing automation tools to generate new leads and qualify them for sales.

Content Development and Marketing

Develop and author relevant content for each stage of the buyer's journey, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.

HubSpot Marketing Automation

Administer and optimize the HubSpot marketing automation system to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead qualification.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue growth.

Metrics and Analytics

Measure and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine approaches to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements
  1. Strong Demand Generation Experience

5+ years of experience leading B2B demand generation programs, including experience generating new leads, defining buyer personas, and developing relevant content.

Marketing Automation Expertise

Practical experience with HubSpot's marketing automation software and ability to administer and optimize campaigns.

Content Development and Marketing

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense of how to tell stories that resonate with each buyer persona.

Team Player

Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work across functions with people at all levels of the organization.

Self-Starter

Proactive, quick learner, and able to set daily work tasks and deliver results without daily supervision.
