Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Mbr Partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a demand generation program that drives new sales-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement a demand generation program that aligns with our business objectives
- Develop and execute multi-faceted campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to align efforts and drive revenue
- Collaborate with product organizations to create cohesive demand generation efforts
- Measure and refine campaigns based on data metrics

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience leading a B2B demand generation program
- Strong demand generation experience and skills in the latest tools and techniques
- Practical experience with account-based marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with complex technical products
