Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of innovative device management solutions for mobile, fixed, and IoT, as well as omni-channel customer experience management. They drive business logic, run proactive care campaigns, and improve customer satisfaction. Deployed by leading service providers worldwide, their platform drives revenue, reduces customer care costs, and automates customer interactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a demand generation program to drive customer awareness and generate new leads.
  • Develop and execute multi-faceted campaigns using a marketing automation tool, including inbound, outbound, and account-based demand generation activities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts.
  • Map content to buyer's journeys and author/edit content to support the demand generation process.
Requirements:
  • Experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and journeys.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
