Job Summary
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a demand generation program that drives customer awareness and generates new sales-qualified leads. This role will involve defining buyer personas and journeys, developing marketing campaigns, generating content, and executing multi-faceted campaigns using a marketing automation tool.
Main Responsibilities
- Inbound, Outbound, and Account-Based Demand Generation Activities
- Administration of HubSpot Marketing Automation System
- Development of Programs to Capture New Leads (Opt-in Contacts)
- Development and Implementation of Demand Generation Strategies and Campaigns
- Definition of Buyer Personas and Journeys
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams to Align Efforts and Drive Revenue
- Collaboration with Other Departments to Create Cohesive Demand Generation Efforts
- Mapping of Content to Buyer's Journeys
- Authoring and Editing of Content to Support Demand Generation Process
- Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders to Develop New Content and Qualify New Leads
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a champion for marketing and demand generation, guiding other organizations in how to support marketing objectives. They will have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and be able to develop and implement effective demand generation strategies.
