Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for defining, shaping, and implementing a demand generation program that drives customer prospects through a full-lifecycle buyer's journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Inbound, Outbound, and Account-Based Demand Generation Activities
- Develop and execute multi-faceted campaigns using a marketing automation tool to generate new sales-qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team, product organizations, and other key stakeholders to set up a program that improves customer awareness and generates new leads.
- Administration of HubSpot Marketing Automation System
- Manage and maintain key performance metrics to measure progress, refine campaigns, and adapt techniques for maximum effectiveness.
- Development of Programs to Capture New Leads (Opt-in Contacts)
- Define buyer personas and journeys to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Definition of Buyer Personas and Journeys
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
- Collaboration with Other Departments
- Map content to buyer's journeys and author/edit content to support the demand generation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, buyer personas, and journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
