The Opportunity

We are seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help us attract international schools in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves developing and implementing a marketing strategy that engages our audience at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Narrative Strategy and Thought Leadership: Craft a narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create and manage high-quality content, including webinars, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to engage users at different stages of their journey.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, using data to make informed adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative design and video production team to ensure high-quality outputs and align operations to our global marketing standards.
  • Sales Development Support: Provide direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up for sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Strong Writing Skills
  • At Least 3 Years Experience in Creative, Demand Generation Marketing
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels and Tools
  • Excellent Communication Skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Derive Actionable Insights
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking
  • Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented
