We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion for our target audience in EMEA and LATAM.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company that supports the safety and wellbeing of children globally. As a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and refining a narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts
  • Creating and managing high-quality content, including webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
  • Planning and executing demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert our target audience
  • Analyzing and reporting on marketing effectiveness at every stage of the sales funnel
  • Collaborating with our in-house creative design and video production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs
  • Providing direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up for sales enablement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong writing skills
  • At least 3 years experience in creative, demand generation marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
