Position Overview

As a DACH Senior Implementation Specialist at TravelPerk, you will act as a key platform authority, understanding client requirements and delivering proactive guidance and assistance throughout their onboarding journey. Your strong change management abilities will be essential in this role, as you align platform features with client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive rollout strategy that addresses the unique needs of each client, ensuring both immediate and long-term success. You will take a prominent role in the global Implementation and Revenue teams, showcasing your expertise and ownership.

To guarantee that new clients are fully equipped to utilize TravelPerk for their business travel needs, you will execute platform configurations, provide technical assistance, and ensure user readiness. This entails customizing client accounts according to their specifications, offering proactive support for integrations, and coordinating tailored training sessions with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, representing TravelPerk positively.
  • Engage in consultative discussions with clients to gather their requirements effectively.
  • Respond to client needs with your expertise and data-driven best practice suggestions.
  • Oversee the deployment of the new platform for clients, providing guides, templates, and strategies to ensure successful adoption.
  • Take full responsibility for the timeline and management of the account during the implementation phase, coordinating efforts with internal teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions for newly onboarded clients, including executive-level stakeholders and organization-wide training.
  • Offer technical support as clients integrate with marketplace partners or custom API solutions.
  • Monitor client configuration and satisfaction post-implementation, proactively providing support and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various departments within TravelPerk, including Sales, Account Management, Product Development, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Analyze completed implementation projects to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Adopt a cycle of execution, assessment, improvement, and adaptation as the team and organization evolve.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Implementation Team, utilizing coaching and leadership skills to support colleagues.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in German and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A customer-centric approach, focusing on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Experience in implementing products for diverse clients.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects in a dynamic environment, including defining scope and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage with C-level stakeholders, articulating their needs clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels, adapting communication styles as necessary.
  • A consultative mindset for making recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
