Job Summary
Festo is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager EMEA to drive the growth of our Workforce Development and Digital Learning initiatives in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business strategy to drive sales growth and increase market share in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with the EMEA sales teams and regional management to develop accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and territory plans.
- Monitor sales pipeline, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in the EMEA region.
- Support the development of pricing strategies for Workforce Development and Digital Learning initiatives.
- Regularly collaborate with diverse functional areas within the HQ to drive business growth.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or business studies (preferably in the field of Mechatronics or Information Technology).
- Proven track record of experience in establishment and maintenance of customer relationships on an international level.
- Successful sales track record.
- Experience working in a matrix organization would be considered an advantage.
- Local language excellence and fluency in English language (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact directly with a broad range of customers.
- Relatively high level of regional business travel.
