Our mission is to advance healthcare technology solutions, and we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth in Spain.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers.
  • Negotiate integration improvements with third-party providers.
  • Negotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Negotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospitals customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
  • Lead strategic cross-area projects and ensure goals are reached.
  • Provide commercial support to partners in Latin America and participate in sales negotiations, when necessary.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative, or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA.
  • 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or other).
  • Insurance and hospitals market knowledge.
  • Business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs.
  • Preferably had previous experience in consulting, partnerships management, or project management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented overachiever and keen negotiator.
  • Can build rapport with high-level decision-makers in an organization.
  • Speak English and Spanish fluently.

Selection Process

  • 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team.
  • 60-minute interview with the Team Leader.
  • Business Case to be completed in one week.
  • 45-minute presentation of the Business Case, with Team Leader and Global Managing Director.
