Job Title: Business Development Manager EMEA

Job Summary:

Festo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region, focusing on workforce development and digital learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams and regional management to develop accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and territory plans.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in EMEA.
  • Support pricing strategies for workforce development and digital learning.
  • Regularly collaborate with diverse functional areas within HQ.

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or business studies (preferably in the field Mechatronics or Information Technology).
  • Proven track of experience of 3-5 years in establishment and maintenance of customer relationships on international level.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Experience working in matrix organization would be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Local language excellence and fluent in English language (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact directly with broad range of customers.
  • Relatively high level of regional business travel.
