Job Title: Business Development Manager EMEA
Job Summary:
Festo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our workforce development and digital learning team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with local sales teams and regional management to develop accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and territory plans.
- Monitor sales pipeline, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in the EMEA region.
- Support pricing strategies for workforce development and digital learning solutions.
- Regularly collaborate with diverse functional areas within the HQ.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or business studies (preferably in the field of Mechatronics or Information Technology).
- Proven track record of experience in establishment and maintenance of customer relationships on an international level.
- Successful sales track record.
- Experience working in a matrix organization would be considered an advantage.
- Local language excellence and fluent in English language (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact directly with a broad range of customers.
- Relatively high level of regional business travel.
