We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners, ensuring they have the right product range in stock, and advising them on how to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent retail outlets, such as toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores
  • Advising trade partners on product range and sales opportunities
  • Performing stock checks and ensuring timely reorders
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme
Requirements:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and high organisational skills
  • Fluency in German and English, plus one additional language to a business level
