Your Role

As a German Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and acquiring new business in the German-Austria market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a consultative sales approach to acquire new business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account management
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, updating ERP systems with follow-ups and quotations
  • Create and manage quotations and documentation
  • Construct strong customer relationships through post-sales service and effective solution selling
  • Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins
  • Offer hands-on customer support

Requirements

We are looking for a results-driven and dedicated individual with:

Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsExperience in telesales and/or e-commerceExperience in sales and customer service, preferably within the IT sectorNative German language skillsAvailability to work from Madrid (residency in Madrid preferred)Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts

What We Offer
