Job Title: Partner Account Manager

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our partner relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering value-added services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners and vendors to drive growth and development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partners, leveraging our expertise in AI technology, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Collaborate with our presales team to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet our customers' needs.
  • Manage the offer process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT sales and partner/customer management.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Native or proficient Spanish speaker and good level of English.
