Job Title: New Account Manager for EU Export

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled New Account Manager to join its EU Marketplace Export team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for recruiting and growing online sellers on Amazon's marketplace, helping them expand their businesses and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business and financial objectives by identifying opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers.
  • Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities and develop scalable solutions.
  • Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth.
  • Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
  • Fluency in English and another European language (Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Greek, Bulgarian, Croatian, or Russian preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

As a New Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including sellers, Category teams, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering business and financial objectives, identifying opportunities to improve the Marketplace business, and developing scalable solutions to drive growth.
