Job Description

As a key member of our United Nations and European Union sales team, you will play a critical role in providing mission-critical communications, video solutions, and third-party solutions to UN political and peacekeeping missions, UN agencies, EU delegations, and EU civilian missions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their field operations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to win new customers.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to elaborate professional proposals that showcase Motorola Solutions' complete portfolio of products.
  • Oversee account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of Motorola Solutions' products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
