We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Listings Agent to join our team at Lucas Fox in Spain.
As a leading luxury property agency, we offer a comprehensive range of high-quality services to our clients, including property listings, sales, and market expertise.
Our team of multilingual and experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and providing a personalized service to our clients.
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, particularly in the Sitges region, to join our team and contribute to our success.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the real estate sector, fluent in English and Spanish, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
They will be responsible for managing client relationships, listing properties, and closing deals, as well as business development and marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

- Market Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, particularly in the Sitges region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the Spanish market.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
