YOUR MISSION:

As a pivotal leader, you will inspire, guide, and empower a team of dedicated Account Managers. You will also represent Ambis to restaurant chains, playing a crucial role in enhancing client retention and service quality.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You possess a strong background in Customer Success Management, with demonstrated expertise in managing Strategic Accounts and leading by example.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, complemented by robust analytical abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to take initiative.
  • You are open to taking calculated risks, learning from failures, and celebrating successes with your team.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry is advantageous; please highlight any relevant experience.
