About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager Team Lead to join our Spain Commercial team at Nutanix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and driving sales growth in the commercial territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects.
  • Forecasting: Forecast sales performance and quota for the commercial team.
  • Training and Development: Provide training opportunities for team members and identify customer references for reference selling.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and direct-touch sales.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading commercial teams and managing sales teams.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions.
  • Language: Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English language skills required.
