The Opportunity
Nutanix is seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee the commercial team in Spain. As a Commercial Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of account managers, and developing strategic relationships with channel partners and customers.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coaching a team of account managers to achieve sales targets
- Developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and customers to drive revenue growth
- Forecasting and reporting sales performance to senior leadership
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales leadership and team management
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English language skills
