The Opportunity

Nutanix is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial account management team in Spain. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through channel partners and building strong relationships with customers in Spain. You will work closely with a sales engineer to develop and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and lead a team of account executives.

About the Team

You will join a dynamic and collaborative team of 5 commercial account managers who operate in a highly innovative environment. Our team is passionate about driving success and making an impact, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is eager to contribute to our growth.

Your Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in Spain
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Lead a team of account executives and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Forecast and manage sales performance
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and other functions to develop and execute sales strategies
What You Will Bring
  • Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and driving growth through channel partners
  • Experience leading commercial teams and developing sales strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees across functions
  • Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English language skills
