Senior Key Account Manager

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial relationships with all Belgium retailers at head office level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual commercial plans for customers, aligned with category objectives;
  • Ensure optimal distribution, visibility, and availability of the Wagner/EPG portfolio to customers;
  • Negotiate prices and conditions for relevant categories, aiming to create a win-win situation;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve growth and develop effective promotion plans;
  • Accurately forecast sales trends and adjust as necessary, with responsibility for the sales budget and reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of commercial work experience, with at least 2 years in Account management;
  • Sociable/communicative, with the ability to build good customer relationships;
  • Hands-on mentality, creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial;
  • Team player, with the ability to operate independently;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch, French, and English languages.
