Senior Key Account Manager

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial relationships with all Belgium retailers at head office level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual commercial plans for customers, aligned with category objectives;
- Ensure optimal distribution, visibility, and availability of the Wagner/EPG portfolio to customers;
- Negotiate prices and conditions for relevant categories, aiming to create a win-win situation;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve growth and develop effective promotion plans;
- Accurately forecast sales trends and adjust as necessary, with responsibility for the sales budget and reporting.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of commercial work experience, with at least 2 years in Account management;
- Sociable/communicative, with the ability to build good customer relationships;
- Hands-on mentality, creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial;
- Team player, with the ability to operate independently;
- Excellent command of the Dutch, French, and English languages.
