About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, helping them to succeed in their roles, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that support business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and try new approaches.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required.
