About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present regular status reports to the management team, including involvement in upcoming sales budget development.
  6. Industry Trends: Analyze industry sales trends and educate each affiliate partner under direct management, including trends in average sales, average bookings, advertising costs, seasonality fluctuation, and the impact of increased competition for all product lines.
  7. Retention and Contract Negotiation: Work on the retention, contract negotiation, and contract extensions of the top partners in the account portfolio.
  8. Support and Issue Resolution: Provide support for partner and traveler issue resolution, including technical support for new partner integrations.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Highly fluent in English and German, with any Nordic language being a plus.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in sales/account management handling key accounts in a B2B environment, with a travel background preferred.
  3. Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, with a solution-based approach to sales and a good understanding of technology.
  5. Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and relationship building skills, with excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  6. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, and other CRM systems.
  7. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel around 50 days per year.
