About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our Global Client team, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing short and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability for one of our Global Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders of the Client, fostering successful partnerships with Visa.
- Understand client views on development of banking and financial services industry, client strategies, priorities, needs, and business processes.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals set for the Global Client across regions, in coordination with support functions and local markets teams.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and shared objectives, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and educated about client's environment.
- Conduct Global Comparative analysis on contract terms, pricing, product, and services adoption and utilization levels to support business development.
- Support new business opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs, including data gathering, business cases, cross-functional teams' coordination, competitive intelligence gathering, and analysis.
- Support with data the preparation of Business Reviews and other client presentations and recurrent meetings.
- Support with preparation of internal global and market level account and pipeline reviews, dashboards, executive briefings, and other executive reporting.
