We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to support our client, Pleez, in their offices in Madrid.

YOUR MISSION:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for helping, coaching, motivating, and learning together with a team of motivated and passionate Account Managers. You will also be the face of Pleez for restaurant chains and contribute to improving our retention and quality.

YOUR PROFILE:
- You are a passionate Customer Success Manager with proven experience managing Strategic Accounts & Leading by Example with colleagues and reportees.
- You have excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and above all, have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to DO things and be PROACTIVE.
- You are willing to take risks, to fail but also to succeed alongside your teammates.
- Having experience in the restaurant industry is a plus - if you have experience in this field, please let us know right away
