- Lead the elaboration of sales and marketing plans
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate commercial activities performance
- Prepare reports for senior management and clients
- Operational Efficiency and Innovation
- Drive operational and cost efficiencies
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial, contracting, or product management position
- Education
- Degree in Tourism or Business Administration
- Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
- Excellent sales, communication, and presentation capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
