Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of Commercial to join our dynamic team based in Palma. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving growth and expansion across all markets.
Main Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth and expansion across all markets.
- Sales Channel Development: Identify and lead the acquisition of new sales channels and commercial opportunities.
- Commercial Budgeting: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and manage the commercial budget across all markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate commercial activities performance and prepare reports for senior management and clients.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational and cost efficiencies by identifying and streamlining processes and further developing technology.
- Strategic Planning: Partner and collaborate with cross-country teams to develop, drive, and implement a mid/long-term strategic commercial plan aligned with company business objectives.
- Product Development: Develop and enhance products, portfolios, and services by sharing best practice and leading innovation.
- Industry Events: Participate in national and international industry events, networking events, and workshops.
- Training and Development: Lead the preparation and execution of workshops and colleagues' training.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years working in a commercial, contracting, or product management position.
- Education: Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
- Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, great leadership skills, excellent sales, communication, and presentation capabilities, strong relational and persuasion skills, highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to work and interact in a multinational and multicultural environment, flexibility with disposition to travel, strong analytical thinking with a focus on understanding and responding to key business indicators and competitive trends.
