We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join our team. As a CE Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for clients
- Liaise between Avanade clients and project teams to solve problems using CRM solutions
- Collaborate with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects
- Develop strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
**Requirements**
- Proven experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service and Unified Service Desk
- Desirable experience with Genesys CTI Integration
- Strong experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code
