Job Title: Junior Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Meet with potential clients and build relationships by understanding their needs
  • Maintain relationships with SF Account Executives and stay updated on SF updates
  • Focus on continuously offering new ways for customers to derive value from our product/service
  • Lead negotiations, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers in assigned accounts
  • Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales, including involving other teams
  • Share sales objectives and customer digital transformation roadmaps with Product Managers
  • Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers throughout projects
  • Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts
  • Monitor project progress in assigned accounts, focusing on budget and timeline deviations
  • Manage billing processes for assigned accounts
  • Identify potential Up & Cross Selling opportunities for the account
  • Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers after project completion to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Lead project retrospectives with clients to review experiences, evaluate goal attainment, and explore potential improvements

Requirements:

  • Account management experience
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in business/technology consulting
  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Experience in digital projects
  • Experience in international projects
  • High level of English; other European languages a plus
