Als Team Lead Social Media Analytics sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung und Entwicklung eines kleinen Teams als Teil unseres übergeordneten Analytics-Teams. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen für strategische Entscheidungen
- Die Überwachung, Analyse und Interpretation von Social-Media-Daten; die Erstellung von detaillierten Berichten und Dashboards (z. B. mit Netbase)
- Die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Tracking-Strategien
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über den Creator-Markt und Influencer-Marketing zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Die Beobachtung und Analyse aktueller Trends und Best Practices im Bereich Social Media und Content-Erstellung
- Mitarbeit an Pitches zur Angebotsoptimierung durch wertvolle Insights
- Das Testen und Bewerten neuer Analyse-Tools
- Das Bereitstellen von Social Media Insights für PR und Marketing
- Die Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen für datenbasierte Projekte
Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir einen Kandidaten mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Datenanalyse, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mind. 5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in Marktforschung, Datenanalyse und Social Media Marketing
- Expertise im Umgang mit Social Media Tracking Tools wie Meltwater, Netbase oder ähnlichen Plattformen
- Tiefes Verständnis des Creator-Marktes und der aktuellen Social Media Trends
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Datenvisualisierung und -interpretation
- Starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Perfekte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Begeisterung für ein dynamisches und schnelllebiges Arbeitsumfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
