We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Lead to join our team at Media. Monks. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing large-scale social media and creative projects, driving business growth, and leading a team of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Successfully drive all social media channels of our automotive partner while increasing their value. From content and channel strategy to campaign execution, and any other type of digital project that might be thrown your way.
- Build and Sustain Client Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with market clients, while ensuring that client relationships at all levels are fostered within the team.
- Ensure High-Quality Work: Ensure the highest-quality work is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner, with a focus on effective processes across the team.
- Guarantee Deliverables and Outcomes: Responsible for guaranteeing that the final deliverables and outcomes are consistent with the brief timeline, client's strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards.

**Requirements:**
We are looking for a social-media-savvy professional with experience in social media asset management. You are a people person with a positive attitude and the ability to organise and influence people within & outside the organisation.
The Essentials:- High Level of English: High level of English.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 Years in Social Media Leadership Role: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a social media leadership role experience within the last 10 years of employment, experience in the automotive industry would be a plus.
- Deep Understanding of Marketing Principles: Deep understanding of marketing principles and programs with an emphasis on social media and digital marketing across strategy, content creation and paid media.
