About the Role

The Senior Account Director will lead our biggest financial services client, managing relationships with key contacts, overseeing communications, and forecasting across integrated campaigns. They will foster collaboration with Brand Strategy, Creative, Design, and Integrated Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive the client's marketing product within the category, anticipating competitive threats or opportunities.
  • Make recommendations to the client, monitoring the health of the account team and ensuring resource is appropriate and profitable.
  • Build and nurture beneficial working relationships with the wider agency team, actively listening and seeking guidance.
  • Use learnings on campaign performance to orchestrate maximum effectiveness on future campaigns.
  • Support the Managing Partner/Group Account Director when required and act as a mentor to junior members of the Account Management team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Account Director, ideally from a creative agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and comms projects, with exposure to the Financial Services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of communications projects, including TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and emerging media.
  • A leader, able to build and inspire a diverse team, elevate quality of work and ideas, and take people on a journey to achieve buy-in.
  • Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery.
