Senior Account Director

Media Monks is seeking a seasoned Social Media Lead to spearhead large-scale social media and creative projects. Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to identify gaps, develop processes, and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive all social media channels for our automotive partner, increasing their value through content and channel strategy, campaign execution, and digital project management.
- Build and sustain relationships with market clients, fostering client relationships at all levels within the team.
- Ensure high-quality work is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner, with a focus on effective processes across the team.
- Guarantee that final deliverables and outcomes align with the brief timeline, client's strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards.
- Track, communicate, and negotiate timelines, budgets, assets, goals, and expectations with stakeholders and global teams.
- Look beyond day-to-day needs to ensure long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue.
- Drive growth and investment decisions to meet account revenue and profitability goals.
- Work with markets to achieve desired profitability on SoME.
- Detect and activate business opportunities.
- Effectively build trust and establish positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the Business Lead, Operations Lead, and Delivery Lead to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Mentor, manage, and grow a team of direct reports (Project Managers, Community Managers).
- Manage performance reviews, coaching to maximize success, identify training needs for improved performance, set goals for career development, and ensure actions are taken.
- Provide education and training on best practices, social media principles, and industry at large.
- Participate in the interview process for junior team members' roles.
- Guide team in setting goals and project tasks and timelines, ensuring team members have challenging, level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills, contributing to overall team success.
You are a social-media-savvy professional with experience in social media asset management. You possess a positive attitude and the ability to organize and influence people within and outside the organization.
The essentials:
- High level of English.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a social media leadership role experience within the last 10 years of employment, experience in the automotive industry would be a plus.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and programs with an emphasis on social media and digital marketing across strategy, content creation, and paid media.
- Ability to understand clients' business challenges and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Capacity to build and sustain relationships with senior clients, becoming their trusted marketing partner.
- Understanding of traditional industries and opportunities for transformation.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities within current client relationships and design strategies for expansion.
- Comfortable with working on different time zones across the globe.
- A comfort level with data, media, and analytics.
- Leadership skills that mean others want to work with and for you.
- Outstanding communication skills that ensure our message is always clear and compelling to our client partners.
