About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign and Operations Manager to join our team at Ipc Systems. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our marketing and sales initiatives, managing our HubSpot platform, and ensuring seamless integration with our CRM, Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Execute top-of-the-funnel strategies to drive lead generation and sales conversion
  • Coordinate and execute targeted digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
  • Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to create and track digital campaigns
  • Maintain HubSpot data lists from inbound resources to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Collaborate with the design and global events manager to drive pre-event marketing and manage invites
  • Draft, edit, and enhance email marketing content to work closely with professional copywriters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience with marketing software platforms (HubSpot essential), analytic tools, and databases
  • Experience in a managerial role with knowledge of the broader Marketing and Sales Function
  • Experience working with other Marketing specialties like Product Marketing, Public Relations, and Digital Marketing
  • Experience working across multiple time-zones
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
