Marketing Campaign and Operations Director

IPC Systems, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign and Operations Manager to drive our marketing and sales initiatives, manage our HubSpot platform, and ensure seamless integration with our CRM, Salesforce.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our global marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize and manage our HubSpot platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Execute top-of-the-funnel strategies, ensuring smooth integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to drive lead generation and sales conversion.
- Coordinate and execute targeted digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, working with Sales leaders and Inside Sales teams to create and track digital campaigns.
- Maintain HubSpot data lists from inbound resources such as events, webinars, IPC Salesforce data, and the website to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with the design and global events manager to drive pre-event marketing, manage invites, and analyze post-event data.
- Draft, edit, and enhance email marketing content, working closely with professional copywriters.
- Support the global marketing team as and where needed with ad-hoc marketing operational items.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience with marketing software platforms (HubSpot essential), analytic tools, and databases.
- Experience in a managerial role with knowledge of the broader Marketing and Sales Function.
- Experience working with other Marketing specialties like Product Marketing, Public Relations and Digital Marketing.
- Experience working across multiple time-zones.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Experience in digital campaign management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a 'can do' attitude.
