Marketing Campaign and Operations Director

IPC Systems, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign and Operations Manager to drive our marketing and sales initiatives, manage our HubSpot platform, and ensure seamless integration with our CRM, Salesforce.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fintech company that focuses on the human element, with a global presence and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing software platforms, analytic tools, and databases, with experience in a managerial role and a strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
The role will involve executing digital campaigns, collaborating closely with our Product, Inside Sales, and Direct Sales teams, and driving pre-event marketing, managing invites, and analyzing post-event data.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
