About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Optics Sector. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers via various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  3. Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  4. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer support.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
  2. Education: Minimum MBO4 diploma.
  3. Technical Skills: Competency in using computers and relevant software applications.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive, solution-oriented, and interested in working in an ambitious team.
