About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Manager at Accommodations Plus International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships with our airlines and partners, with a focus on maximizing revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Contract Negotiation: Oversee the direction of existing API accounts to expand market share and revenue quota, working closely with the Research & Sourcing team to provide detailed information to clients.
  • Site Inspections and Hotel Contracting: Conduct hotel site inspections domestically and internationally to ensure each property meets client criteria, and execute hotel contract negotiations on behalf of the airline.
  • Day-to-Day Account Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met, share leads, and manage crew member feedback via our online portal.
  • Hotel Express and ACES Management: Ensure negotiated rates are loaded and maintained properly on Hotel Express, and verify all hotel contract information is loaded properly into ACES for OPS and Accounting.
  • CRM and Business Development: Ensure all revenue opportunities are in the CRM with accurate business start dates, and work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth client transition from contract signing to implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Established (at least 5 years) of experience in the travel industry and working closely with hotels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
  • Skills: Strong Microsoft Office computer skills, with emphasis on Excel; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; customer service and client relationship skills; ability to work with and understand diverse cultures.
