- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Monitor competitor's promotions and activities, sharing information with the sales team.
- Submit accurate and timely reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in the promotional goods industry.
- Strong team attitude and excellent communication skills.
- First-class organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a cool outlook.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
