Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Link Worldwide. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  3. Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
  4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
