Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Link Worldwide. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed individual sales and profit budgets.
  2. Implement effective sales action plans for key accounts and regional customers.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with the Operations team to develop new products and concepts.
  5. Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  6. Participate in industry trade shows to build business relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  7. Monitor competitors' activities and share information with the sales team.
  8. Develop and maintain accurate customer files and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the promotional goods industry.
  2. Strong team attitude and excellent communication skills.
  3. First-class organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a cool outlook.
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Excellent problem-solving ability and enthusiasm for the role.
