About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Associates at Gerson Lehrman Group. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing teams and driving business growth through expert network development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, including scheduling calls, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Expert Network Development: Identify, recruit, and vet new experts to join our network, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with client-facing teams to deliver high-quality projects, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs, receive daily coaching and feedback, and develop strong business and leadership skills.
