About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Associates at GLG. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Support: Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand project requirements and provide timely support to ensure seamless client experiences.
  2. Expert Recruitment: Identify and recruit new experts to join our network through targeted lead generation and outreach efforts.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with client-facing teams to deliver end-to-end project solutions and ensure timely completion of projects.
  5. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  2. Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
