About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. in a Client Solutions Specialist role. As an Expert Network Associate, you will play a critical part in driving our business forward by supporting our client-facing teams and contributing to the growth of our global network of experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Expert Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and vet new experts to join our network through targeted lead generation and outreach.
  • Project Management: Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and experts, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Network Engagement: Proactively engage with experts to understand their expertise and gauge their fit on client projects.
  • Compliance: Uphold our industry-leading compliance framework to protect the integrity of client engagements.
